Survey results display factors for the leadership styles in specific university circles. The survey was conducted in the period October 2015 – March 2016 among 517 respondents in four Bulgarian universities. The assessment of leadership styles follows the methodology using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. Conclusions have been drawn about the significant differences of the effects of demographic indicators. Data have been processed by means of the software SPSS-21. Results may be used in future analysis of the effects of leadership styles in the education and training for cybersecurity.
