It describes the architecture, the functional features, and the components of the system. The specific software solution was designed during a projects performed by the Institute for Advanced Defense Research at the &quot;G.S. Rakovski&quot; Defense Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. The system is based on DBMS ORACLE. DELPHI was used in its design.</style></abstract></record></records></xml>
