The article summarises the findings, describing the identified services for governance consulting and presenting the developed proprietary tools in the phase of transition and stakeholder management. The relation between the theoretical model for governance model change management, required tools, and implementation as a service support the exploitation strategy of the ECHO Governance Consulting Services asset. It provides an example of designing the processes and business model for the functional service group for governance consulting and potential federation with other network assets.
