The research is based on the experience gained during the planning of the transformation from ECHO Project Consortium to a future collaborative networked organisation. The process of selecting requirements for change is described in its methodological and procedural aspects, as well as in terms of its environment &amp;ndash; the EU cybersecurity domain. The ADKAR approach is presented in brief as the main framework for change management, and its application features for collaborative organisations are identified.
