Dr. Tagarev discussed research cooperation with the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv

In a visit to Kyiv, 16-18 September 2013, Dr Todor Tagarev and Dr Philipp Fluri, DCAF Deputy Director, visited the Taras Shevchenko National University and discussed opportunities for research cooperation with Prof. Sergiy A. Vyzhva, Vice Rector (Scientific Research) and Prof. Vladimir Zaslavskiy (International Research Cooperation & Innovation).
