Using bottom-up and synthesis artificial life method, Arsenal studies the emergence of combat tactics, namely the forming tactics under different surrounding, mission and opposed tactics. Arsenal models agent with BMCS modal to enable agent to memorize. Gene represents the character and Meme represents the spirit of agent. Prioritized Flocking algorithm is used to control agentpsilas moving in actual surroundings. Spirit factor could impact agentpsilas fight capability because evolution of meme describes the spreading of emotion. We use tactics evolve algorithm to develop both sidespsila tactics so that we could see the tendency that both sides tactics are adapting and then subjugate the opposed one.</p></div><div class="article-ftr" style="padding-top: 4px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: 24.012800216674805px; orphans: auto; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px;">&nbsp;</div>
