Abstract:

Speaking to members of the Georgian Parliament, staffers, and experts from the defence ministry, Dr. Tagarev outlined the features of management vis-à-vis other governance functions in defence, in particular command and control, and elaborated on the principles of effective management, using the structure provided by standards in the ISO 9000 series.
