New publications on processing uncertain information

Twenty years after the groundbreaking article on "Foundations for a new theory of plausible and paradoxical reasoning", Prof. Jean Dezert, jointly with our colleague Prof. Albena Tchamova, published in Information & Security: An International Journal (ISIJ) two new articles on processing uncertain information:

On the Effectiveness of Measures of Uncertainty of Basic Belief Assignments, and
On Inequalities Bounding Imprecision and Nonspecificity Measures of Uncertainty.

ISIJ is an open access journal, allowing immediate free download of the published articles.
