Professional experience
Mr Alipiev has participated in a number of joint activities with the special services of NATO, the United States, Israel, and other countries, as well as in securing the safety of Bulgarian forces deployed on peace operations. He participated in education and training of military personnel from Syria, Yemen, Vietnam, Nicaragua and Mozambique.
After twenty years of active involvement in the national special services, he continued to engage and in other areas of the national security as head of the inspectorate and Executive Chairman of the State Agency "State Reserves and War-time Stocks" with responsibilities for the management and control of state reserves, crisis and wartime reserves of the country; expert in the State Fund "Agriculture" responsible for the management of EU funds and preventing fraud; Chief security manager for the holding of defence companies Terem SHC(link is external).
